What is Oracle Fusion HCM?

Oracle Fusion HCM can be abbreviated as Fusion Human Capital Management and it is one of the components of Oracle Fusion Applications which sets a new regular for transformation and work. An on-demand model, then the software and hardware will be hosted in an Oracle environment, whereas customers will be able to access the application and also the environment from remote. Oracle on-demand, the software, and hardware will be managed and also hosted by the Oracle team.
For many years, there’s been a lot of conversation regarding Oracle Fusion and many people with great effort to understand what exactly this means. Oracle’s Cloud infrastructure (“Fusion” Middleware) which is referred to as Essentially “Fusion“ and the progress of new applications specifically designed for the Cloud and subscription services. And the new Cloud applications of the HCM module are based on by far the strongest platform.
